However, this issue cannot be resolved via a hotfix as it requires a new application build.

Hello, this is Project Moon.
We have identified that the phrasing in some of the textual descriptions of Dawn Office Fixer Faust's Passive, "Seonbae", and Dawn Office Rep Gregor's Passive, "Dawn Office", may be interpreted ambiguously.
The Passive effects above are designed to be applied and converted not only when Dawn Office Fixer Faust and Dawn Office Rep Gregor are defeated in the current Encounter, but also when they are already defeated in the previous Encounter.
Currently, there are no errors in the in-game performance or behavior of these Passive effects. However, the current Korean phrasing, "사망했으면", may be interpreted as meaning that the effect applies only if the relevant Identity is defeated in the current Encounter.
Consequently, we plan to revise the ambiguous phrasing in the text to better clarify the trigger condition of the aforementioned Passive effects.

As mentioned in our previous notice, we would like to provide additional information regarding the error pop-ups occurring during gameplay, as well as other known issues that have since been confirmed.

- Although our servers had been prepared to handle traffic up to approximately 150% of the previous maximum capacity,
- A sudden influx of traffic exceeded the limit and caused temporary connection issues.
2. Measures Taken
- To reduce server load, we have gradually applied temporary limits to incoming requests as an emergency measure.
- Game service has now stabilized and should be available without issue.
- We will continue improving our server and traffic-handling capacity to handle sudden request spikes so that the game remains serviceable even when the traffic exceeds our expectations.
▶ (EN Only) An issue where the "Dawn Office Fixer Faust" Keyword "Loneliness at High Noon" has an incorrect description
→ Relevant effect: On Use: Consume up to 100 Scorchfield and deal +1% damage for every Scorchfield consumed (max 150%)

Follow-up Measures on Issues After the Unity Version Upgrade on 5/28/2026
Hello, this is Project Moon.
As part of the Scheduled Update on May 28, 2026, we upgraded the game's Unity version. Following this update, however, some AOS and iOS environments have been experiencing issues that prevented players from accessing or progressing through the game properly. The process of resolving these issues has taken considerable time, resulting in prolonged inconvenience.
We sincerely apologize for the lack of stable service.
Please refer to the information below on what has been confirmed so far and our planned follow-up measures.
1. Impact of the Engine Upgrade
- Following the Unity version upgrade in the 1.106.0 update on May 28, 2026, an issue occurred where certain resources required to run the game were not being loaded in the correct order
- The resulting "unable to connect" issue was initially resolved through the update on June 1 at 22:00
2. Increased Memory Usage
- Following the engine upgrade, the amount of RAM required during the game's launch process has increased
- As a result, some devices are experiencing screen freezes, unresponsive game application, or forced shutdowns
3. Current Measures
To resolve this issue, we are working closely with Unity's technical support team on memory optimization and other related work for devices experiencing the issue
1. Below are the "devices prone to repeated forced shutdowns" as identified by our development team:
AOS: Devices using Adreno 720 series GPUs
iOS: Devices with 4GB of RAM or less, or devices running iOS 26.4 or later versions
(* In particular, we have confirmed that iOS 26.4 and later versions exhibit higher memory usage by the operating system itself. As a result, the available RAM for game launch may become insufficient, leading to forced shutdowns)
※ To set clearer specifications for stable gameplay, the minimum device requirements for Limbus Company will be adjusted.
The updated minimum requirements and their effective date will be announced via a future notice.
We are currently working to resolve the root cause of the forced shutdown issues occurring in both AOS and iOS environments.
However, this issue involves several complex technical factors, including differences in OS versions, device-specific hardware specifications, and the engine's memory handling process. As a result, we have not been able to provide a swift solution that meets our Managers' expectations.

- In our previous notice, we shared that we have identified an issue where the game fails to respond when viewing the story in certain stages.
- This issue has been confirmed to be caused by an unexpected error that occurred in the process of enhancing the 'blood and dust particle effect applied to the characters' standing images,' which was deployed with this update. This issue will be fixed via the upcoming hotfix.
▶ An issue where The House of Spiders: The Thumb Apprentice Heathcliff is not treated as an "Identity that inflicts Burn and Tremor"
- We have identified an issue where, if all of this Identity's Skills are replaced with its Skill 3 in the Mirror Dungeon, it would no longer count as an "Identity that inflicts Burn and Tremor".
- Our investigation identified that the script written to determine whether the unique effects of this unit's Skill 3 count as inflicting "Burn" and "Tremor" did not trigger. The data regarding this issue will be corrected and applied to ensure it triggers correctly via this hotfix.

Notice: Known Issues After the Jun. 25th Scheduled Update
Hello, this is Project Moon.
After the Ver. 1.108.0 update on Jun. 25th, 2026, we have identified an issue where the game fails to respond when viewing the story in certain stages.
This issue has been confirmed to be caused by an error in the blood and dust particle effect applied to the characters' standing images via this update.
We will provide a separate notice once the issue is completely resolved and a hotfix schedule is confirmed.
Until the issue is resolved, please use the story Skip function as a workaround.
