Gameplay was designed based on community feedback, and features shorter matches, less downtime, and more variety. Wamai’s ability has always offered more flexibility and reactivity than Jäger’s, but it also requires greater player attention to leverage effectively.[/p][p align="start"]With this set of changes, we are emphasizing that reactive playstyle by making Mag‑Nets more available and responsive, while also expanding his loadout flexibility. Our intent is to reinforce Wamai as a catcher who rewards higher player input and awareness, allowing him to adapt more effectively throughout the round.[/p][h3]MAG-NET SYSTEM[/h3][list][*][p]Charge update frequency 20s (was 40s)[/p][/*][*][p]Total maximum Charges 7 (was 6).[/p][/*][*][p]Reduced activation time to 0.5s (was 1.5s).[/p][/*][/list][h3]LOADOUT[/h3][p align="start"]Gadgets:[/p][list][*][p]Add Deployable Shield.[/p][/*][*][p]Replace Impact Grenades with C4.[/p][/*][/list][p][/p][h2][b]DOKKAEBI[/b][/h2][p align="start"]A longer per-target cooldown reduces repeated pressure on the same defenders, providing clearer recovery windows. Players who have already been affected gain temporary relief, allowing for repositioning and more meaningful decision-making.[/p][p align="start"]At the same time, Dokkaebi gains flexibility, as her effectiveness is no longer tied to a single cooldown. This enables more adaptative usage, rewarding awareness of defender positioning and better timing when coordinating pushes.[/p][p align="start"]The new cooldown system also encourages Dokkaebi to distribute the activations more thoughtfully. Focusing repeatedly on the same target or sending a payload when not ready to capitalize on it becomes less efficient and effective, promoting more strategic target selection.[/p][h3]JEGEO PAYLOAD[/h3][list][*][p]Cooldown is now per-target (from ability global)[/p][/*][*][p]Cooldown: 14 seconds (from 7)[/p][/*][/list][p][/p][h2][b]JÄGER[/b][/h2][p align="start"]Alongside the updates to Wamai, we are making targeted adjustments to Jäger to further differentiate their roles as projectile denial operators.[/p][p align="start"]Jäger will return to a 3 Speed - 1 Health configuration, reinforcing his strength in mobility. Unlike Wamai, Jäger’s utility is more static once deployed, making repositioning and adaptation during the round more limited. Increasing his mobility allows for faster rotations across the map and more efficient deployment during the Preparation Phase.[/p][p align="start"]Additionally, we are improving the recoil control of the 416‑C to increase its consistency; more details can be found in the Refinement Changes section further down.[/p][h3]BASE STATS[/h3][list][*][p]Speed: 3 (was 2)[/p][/*][*][p]Health: 1 (was 2)[/p][/*][/list][p][/p][h2][b]ZOFIA[/b][/h2][p align="start"]In Y11S1.3, we began refining Zofia’s kit by improving the recoil of the M762, followed in Y11S2.0 by restoring her 2 Health / 2 Speed configuration to reinforce her mobility and overall reliability in engagements.[/p][p align="start"]As part of this continued refinement, we are increasing the available ammunition for the KS79 Lifeline, raising both Concussion and Impact Grenades to 3 charges each. This adjustment is intended to give Zofia more flexibility and presence throughout the round, allowing her to apply her utility more consistently while reinforcing her role as a versatile and adaptable attacker.[/p][h3]KS79 LIFELINE[/h3][p align="start"]Increased Ammunition:[/p][list][*][p]Concussion Ammunition set to 3 (was 2)[/p][/*][*][p]Impact Grenades Ammunition set to 3 (was 2)[/p][/*][/list][p][/p][h1][b]REFINEMENT CHANGES[/b][/h1][p align="start"]These are small adjustments that don’t aim to alter an operator’s overall power level or flexibility. Instead, they focus on polishing gameplay details, improving consistency, and enhancing quality-of-life without shifting the meta. Our goal is to maintain a steady stream of these refinements alongside major updates, helping the game evolve and improve at a constant pace.[/p][p][/p][h2][b]416-C[/b][/h2][p align="start"]The 416‑C was historically a very strong weapon, particularly when paired with the higher demand for projectile denial, contributing to Jäger’s popularity on defense.[/p][p align="start"]As part of the broader adjustments aimed at reinforcing Jäger’s role, we are smoothing the recoil of the 416‑C to improve its consistency, especially in longer‑range engagements. At the same time, the Marketplace introduced economic issues such as pricing instability, distorted item circulation, and broader imbalances.[/p][p]Reintroducing it today would bring back both security risks and economic disruption, which is why we need to focus on rebuilding a safer, fairer, and more robust system. This includes stronger account protection, better monitoring tools, and a trading system that fits within a balanced in-game economy. Alongside this work, we’re also making adjustments to the broader economy to improve how players access and experience content.[/p][p][/p][h2][b]SEASON 3 - UPCOMING ECONOMY CHANGES[/b][/h2][p]Starting in Season 3, new event packs will transition to R6 Credits only. M.U.T.E. Protocol: Flesh & Metal and Rengoku will be the final events where new collection packs can be purchased with Renown. [b]Older collections will, however, return with dual-currency options, creating more opportunities to spend Renown and keeping it meaningful and more rewarding over time.[/b][/p][p]We’re also making [b]Masterpieces more accessible[/b], one of the key improvements coming to events. Previously, unlocking a Masterpiece required completing an entire collection, limiting access to a small portion of players each season. Going forward, starting with Season 3, you’ll be able to purchase the Masterpiece directly with R6 Credits and it will include event packs.[/p][p]As we continue rebalancing the economy, [b]Marketplace will remain closed[/b]. With this update, we aim to pivot Dokkaebi toward more targeted disruption with tangible consequences, creating clearer moments of decision for both sides. Her impact should feel more intentional, more threatening, and easier to read and respond to.[/p][p align="start"]Previously, Dokkaebi's effectiveness was concentrated into a small number of high-impact activations. By expanding her charge economy, we want to allow her to apply pressure more consistently across the round, but within shorter, more targeted, and decisive windows. This encourages active engagements rather than holding all value for a single, round-defining call. Increased availability, however, also brings a need for strong commitment and clearer risk.[/p][p align="start"]To support this, the Jegeo Payload is no longer a purely passive disruption tool. Requiring a valid target moves Dokkaebi away from ambient pressure and toward intentional, information-driven engagements, where activations are tied directly to confirmed enemy presence.[/p][p align="start"]Ignoring the payload is no longer simply inconvenient. The added explosion introduces a meaningful tradeoff: defenders must choose whether to expose themselves to reset, reposition to safely, or accept direct punishment. The added fire zone helps reinforce area denial, allowing Dokkaebi to influence space and timings during key moments without turning the ability into a guaranteed kill tool.[/p][p align="start"]Remove hacking remains a core part of Dokkaebi's kit and continues to reinforce her role as an intel-focused operator. However, limiting the duration of hacked observation tools ensures that the information gained stays situational and tactical, rather than permanently flipping defenders' intel against them.[/p][p align="start"]Finally, Dokkaebi's updated gameplay places her closer to coordinated pushed and timing-based plays. The addition of the XK23 provides a more stable primary option for sustained fights and controlled pressure.
