These path experience and balance improvements are based on real-time data and player feedback. While ensuring the stability of the path experience, we have focused our adjustments on paths whose data performance fell short of expectations and where gameplay experience still had room for improvement. At the same time, we have targeted core pain points that Wanderers heavily reported as significantly affecting the experience, alongside adjusting the balance of certain gameplay modes.
We invite you to keep sharing your thoughts with us. We are listening closely and will continue to refine the development, paths, and competitive gameplay and balance with care in future versions.
1. Martial Art "Nameless Spear": Adjusted the applied "Qi Imbalance" effect. During the effect's duration, if the target becomes Exhausted, all HP damage taken is increased by 8%, and Bellstrike damage taken is increased by an additional 8%.
2. Inner Way "Wolfchaser's Art": Adjusted the 4th Realm effect. When Special Skill "Sweep All" deals High Bleeding damage, it will immediately restore 20 Endurance to the caster.
3. Martial Art "Strategic Sword": The Endurance consumed for charging Charged Skill "Second Track Slash" is reduced if the caster currently has the Water Drop, Spring Surge, River Flow, or Empowered River Flow effects.
4. Martial Art "Vernal Umbrella": In Wandering Paths Modes "Hero's Realm" and "Sword Trial", casting Martial Art Skill "Spring Sorrow" grants the caster Tenacity.
5. Martial Art "Vernal Umbrella": In Wandering Paths Modes "Hero's Realm" and "Sword Trial", Special Skill "Unfading Flower" grants the caster Tenacity during umbrella-tossing.
6. Set "Veil of the Willow": Its buff is changed from 12% increase in HP damage to a 10% increase in Physical and Silkbind damage.
7. Martial Art "Panacea Fan": Adjusted the "Silkbind Attribute Boost" talent, increasing both "Silkbind Heal Bonus" and "Silkbind DMG Bonus" based on your "Minimum Silkbind Attack", with the scaling multipliers and caps remaining unchanged.
8. Set "Swallowcall": Additional DMG Boost and effect changed to dealing an additional 6% Physical and Bamboocut damage to targets with Qi below 40% or in an "Abnormal Qi State" (including "Bone Corrosion" and "Qi Imbalance").
9. Martial Art "Infernal Twinblades": Burst Skill "Flamelash" cannot be interrupted during its casting.
10. In Wandering Paths Mode "Arena", each time you enter a defensive stance, and for every 0.5 seconds you maintain it, you gain one stack of "Depleting Defense" effect. It lasts for 1.5 seconds and stacks up to 10 times. Stacks 1 through 10 increase Endurance consumption by 1%/2%/3%/5%/7%/10%/20%/40%/60%/120%, respectively. Additionally, when exceeding 6 stacks, stacks 6 through 10 will deduct 1/2/3/4/5 points of Endurance every 0.4 seconds, respectively.
11. Wandering Paths Mode "Arena": Adjusted the Endurance mechanics related to bows. Firing an arrow will now immediately consume a portion of Endurance. You cannot shoot if you have insufficient Endurance.
12. Wandering Paths Mode "Arena": In mobile matches, if the "Quick Shoot" option is enabled, an additional portion of Endurance will be consumed.
13. Optimized the universal Settlement Point animations for different weapons in non-special stances to ensure their animation durations and interrupt windows are consistent.
14. Fixed an issue where the relative positions of the player and the enemy would misalign during executions due to network synchronization.
\
1. Unlocked the "Mystic Skill Insight" in the Basic Talents, which may allow Wanderers to deduce new Mystic Skill Variants and broaden their martial paths.
2. Fledgling Protection Mechanism: Extra revive attempts in Wandering Paths - Lv.91 "Hero's Realm" and "Sword Trial" (Matchmaking Mode); Low mastery or insufficient Inner Way development will grant "Fledgling Protection" to secure "Fledgling Wanderers" a better dungeon experience; If you match with a "Fledgling Wanderer," you will also receive additional revive counts and Never-Delay Points.
3. "Wandering Paths" and "Season" entry moved to the left side of the menu, and "Spotlight" entry under the Social category.

Version 1.8 Dev Q&A: A Place to Call Home
Greetings, Wanderers!
The journey through the Jianghu is fraught with endless battles and challenges. Lately, we've explored new regions and stories together. But in this update, we want to show you a different side of the world.
We're introducing a place you can build from scratch, adorable cat and goose companions, and a rather chaotic goose-led adventure.
Before the official update notes arrive, we wanted to use this Q&A to chat about the cozy, slice-of-life features waiting for you.
Q1: How does rebuilding the Homestead work when returning to Qinghe?
You'll return to Qinghe as the Young Master to restore Blissful Retreat.
This isn't just about placing a few pieces of furniture in a courtyard. It's an entirely new lifestyle. You can run your own businesses, like an inn, a porcelain kiln, or a brewery. You can even recruit villagers and animals as Retainers, putting their unique talents to work as you bring Blissful Retreat back to life.
This update also introduces "Beyond Mundane", a standalone Homestead zone.
Think of it as your private sanctuary, completely separate from the open world. Here, you have absolute freedom to build and decorate. There are no fixed rules. Whether you envision a quiet hideaway, a bustling street, a waterside courtyard, or something wildly imaginative, you can shape this space exactly as you desire.
Q2: What can we expect from the Companion system? Is it just a pet that follows you around?
Traveling the Jianghu can be a lonely journey. But starting with this update, you won't have to face it alone.
The Companion system lets you cross paths with Maverick, Scar, and Pudding, with a whole flock of goose companions following close behind.
Once they join your side, caring for them is part of the fun. You can play, chat, share meals, and snap photos together. Every interaction impacts their mood and well-being. Over time, these little everyday moments will blossom into a genuine Bond.
Your Companions are more than just followers. They actively engage with the world around them. You might catch them pausing to watch a butterfly or a darting fish. They'll even react uniquely to dynamic weather like scorching heat, heavy rain, sandstorms, or snow.
As your Bond grows, you'll unlock new interactions, emotes, and exclusive rewards. Ultimately, our goal wasn't just to give you a pet. We wanted those quiet moments of companionship to evolve into a living, breathing connection that truly responds to you.
Q3: "Phantom Thief Goose" sounds absolutely ridiculous. What exactly is it?
It is completely ridiculous, and that's exactly why we can't wait for you to play it.
In the limited-time event "Phantom Thief Goose", you play as Goose Bobo. After passing a trial from the Goose Emperor, you'll infiltrate Heaven's Pier to stir up some chaos. No heroics, no codes of honor. Just a goose with a plan, a lot of nerve, and absolutely no chill.
Of course, the villagers won't just hand their valuables over, and the patrolling constables and martial artists aren't going to look the other way. Play it patient and tactical, or go full goose and hit fast. The choice is yours.
Luckily, Goose Bobo has a few tricks up its sleeve. Honking, pecking, and bush ambushes might sound like a joke, but in Bobo's hands (or wings), they're the most effective tactics in Qinghe.
Once you successfully secure the treasure at a stash, you can trade the Goose Feathers earned from the Goose Emperor for a variety of rewards!
Q4: Besides the Homestead, Companions, and "Phantom Thief Goose", what else is coming in this update?
If Homestead, Companions, and Phantom Thief Goose are the cozy side of this update, we've also got content for players who want something with a bit more edge, including a new tomb-raiding mode and multiplayer challenges that demand real teamwork.
Tomb of Fortune drops you into an ancient tomb where eerie dungeon exploration meets competitive PvP. There's treasure in those coffins, but so is the dark humor of "grave goods and good fortune." Just remember: if you want to walk away with the best treasures, watch your back for other Wanderers lurking in the shadows.
Looking for a serious PvE challenge? Ravening Banes is a 10-player mode unlocked at Lv. 91. Join via auto-match or bring your own crew through Wandering Paths. Take down the boss and you're in with a chance at exclusive Appearances, including the Decoration "Gatekeeper Stele" and the Accessory "Sweep the Heavens."
Martial Path Domain puts five-player coordination to the test across Normal and Hard modes. Navigate shifting Mist effects floor by floor, collect Martial Spirit to power your team up, and push as deep as you can. Guild Skyward Bond is also opening up Hard and Abyss difficulty tiers. If you live for the climb, there's more ceiling to break through.
More events are still on the way. Whether you want to build at your own pace back home, take in the scenery with your Companions, go tomb-hunting, or run dungeons with friends, this update is built to give you room to play your way.
The Jianghu will always be there, pulling you forward. But before you answer that call again, take a moment. Head home. Fix up the courtyard. Pet the cats, walk the goose, and simply listen to Blissful Retreat coming back to life.
We'll be reading all your feedback once the update goes live. We can't wait to see your Homestead designs, Companion screenshots, and the "glorious exploits" of a certain Phantom Thief Goose.

May 27 Patch Notes
Dear Wanderer,
Eastwind Pavilion will undergo a live maintenance update from 05:00 to 12:00 (UTC+8) on May 28, 2026. You can still log in and play normally during this period, but certain features and gameplay modes will be temporarily unavailable. The update schedule may be adjusted based on actual conditions, so please plan your game progress accordingly. Thank you for your understanding and support!
Here are the details of the new version brought to you from Eastwind Pavilion by Windtail. Please take a look!
Development
1. Added "Path Tutorial" to the "Path Guide" feature. Wanderers can practice skills in tutorial stages to quickly experience the martial art features, unique skills, and basic combos of each Path, lowering the learning curve for new Paths. Custom combo recording will be available in future updates, allowing Wanderers to record, practice, and share their own combos.
2. Added the "A Journey into Jianghu" feature to the "Improvement Guide - Bound for the World" interface for clearer development guidance. A "Quick Enhance" entrance has also been added to display relevant upgrade materials and provide an auto-purchase function for Wanderer convenience.
3. Optimized the "Auto-Recycle Gear" feature. Synchronized the "Gear Slot" filter to work with existing "Tier", "Rarity", "Initial Attribute Type", and "Initial Attribute Quality" filters for highly customized auto-recycle plans.
4. Reduced the Coin cost for "Martial Art Reset". Resetting will now return 100% of the Coins spent on upgrading. Unreturned Coins spent on resetting martial arts between the start of Season 3: Seek Within and this update will be fully compensated. Due to the large number of Wanderers and currency involved, the compensation will be sent via mail after verification. Please be patient.
5. Reduced the Echo Jade cost for "Inner Way Conversion". After free attempts run out, each conversion will cost Echo Jade ×500. The price difference for conversions made between the start of Season 3: Seek Within and this update will be compensated. Due to the large number of Wanderers and currency involved, the compensation will be sent via mail after verification. Please be patient.
6. Adjusted the usable scenarios for Scroll & Script items. They can no longer be used in combat, making them consistent with food.
7. Added a new effect to the Tier 6 General Inner Way "Sandswirl Tail": When Wanderers are in Qinchuan under the Breeze form, gathering has a chance to yield double rewards.
8. Optimized the gear set switch experience. When completing a set switch, if you are wearing gear from the same set, a quick switch prompt will appear, allowing a quick set switch.
9. Optimized the gear attunement switch experience. When completing an attunement type switch (e.g., from Normal Attunement to Arena Attunement), a quick switch prompt will appear, allowing a quick switch for the attunement types of all equipped gear.
10. Optimized gear replacement in the "Development Plan" feature. When the replaced gear exists in other plans, a "Batch Replace" prompt will trigger, allowing you to choose whether to replace it across specific plans. Swapping main/secondary weapons or changing to a different weapon type will not trigger this.
11. Optimized the sorting rules for Energy gameplay rewards, such as "Campaign", "Outpost", and "Joint Battle". Also optimized the settlement display when "Auto-Recycle Gear" is enabled, showing the gear and Recycled materials separately.
12. Added a secondary confirmation prompt when recycling gear saved in a "Development Plan".

19. Optimized the performance of Wandering Paths modes "Mahjong Maestro Challenge" and "Landlords" on mobile.
20. Optimized the effective tap area for the Accept and Reject buttons in invitation pop-ups on mobile, reducing accidental touches.
21. Optimized the controller experience for systems such as menus, quests, surveys, and Spotlight.

Upcoming Arena Matchmaking Optimizations
Greetings, Wanderers,
We've noticed that some of you are experiencing high latency and poor performance during cross-server matches in the Arena. To address this, we will be optimizing our matchmaking rules this week. Here are the details:
1. Priority Matching Within Your Battlegroup
The system will now prioritize matching you with other players from your own server within the same Battlegroup. This is intended to reduce latency and improve match stability. If a suitable opponent isn't found on your server, the search will then expand to other servers within your Battlegroup.
For example: HK/Macau/Taiwan server players will be matched with HK/Macau/Taiwan players first; US East with US East; US West with US West.
2. Server Assignment for Cross-Region Matches
If your physical location is different from your selected Battlegroup's region (e.g., an Asian player choosing a US Battlegroup) and you are matched with a US player, the match will be hosted on the US player's server.
We will continue to closely monitor latency and optimize the matchmaking experience. We encourage all Wanderers to report any lag or stuttering you encounter via our official channels. Tackling latency is a long-term commitment, but we are dedicated to making steady progress. Thank you for your understanding and support.

April 30 Gear Development Optimization Overview
Based on real-time data and player feedback, this update focuses on addressing the core pain points that affect your daily experience. We have also made targeted adjustments to specific mode mechanics to ensure a smoother journey for all Wanderers.
We invite you to keep sharing your thoughts with us. We are listening closely and will continue to refine the progression experience with care in future versions.
Here are the details of the upcoming optimizations:
Ⅰ. "Relaying" & "Modulating"
1. "Relaying": Inheriting attributes from low to high-tier gear.
"Relaying Stone: Vanguard" can transform Tier 86 non-retroactive "Gear" into Tier 91 "Relaid Gear". "Relaying Stone: Vanguard" can be obtained through Solo Mode level breakthroughs, Season Shop, and Engagement Realm rewards. "Relaying" brings the following enhancements: the gear is upgrade to Tier 91 (cannot be put in the Tier 86 Arsenal anymore), together with boost to base attributes and 2-piece effects; set types and Attuning attribute type & value retains (including historical Attuning attributes), with increased attribute cap; switch and "Re-attuning" are unlocked; and initial and Tuned attributes retain their types and values while gaining higher potential caps.
2. "Modulating": Specialized boost to inherited attributes for Relaid Gear.
"Relaid Gear" can only be enhanced via "Modulating", instead of "Tuning" or "Retuning." Before "Modulating", select a specific attribute and consume one Legendary Tier 91 gear with completed tuning to increase that attribute's value. The increase depends solely on how well the attributes match, regardless of quality. After "Relaying," "Gear Echo: Vanguard" and "Tuning Stone: Vanguard" equivalent to the recycled price of the Legendary gear will be returned. All "Relaid Gear" attributes can be raised to a fixed cap through "Modulating" (slightly lower than standard Tier 91 gear), independent of their pre-Relaying values.
3. Attribute Inheritance for Same-Tier Gear.
In the upcoming season, "Relaying Stone: Vanguard" can not only convert Tier 86 non-retroactive "Gear" into Tier 91 "Relaid Gear", but also turn eligible Tier 91 "Gear" into "Relaid Gear." This preserves the gear tier, basic attributes, set, and Attuning attributes while unlocking "Modulating" development, with the same cap as other "Relaid Gear." Any Tuning values exceeding the Modulating cap will be removed upon conversion.
After the update, you can check the Gear Relaying interface for more information.
Ⅱ. Gear Tuning & Retuning Optimizations
1. Easier Tuning Material Acquisition: "Legendary Melodic Stone" of all tiers can now be obtained through "Craft," consuming 3 "Epic Melodic Stones" of the same tier.
2. More Tuning Materials Offered: In any "Energy" Challenge modes, every 60 "Energy" consumed grants one additional random-quality "Melodic Stone."
3. Optimized Initial Attributes for Tier 91 "Defense" Gear: We have lowered the drop probability for "Max HP", "Physical Defense", and "Body", and increased the probability for "Precision Rate", "Critical Rate", "Affinity Rate", and "Power" based on player preferences.
4. Optimized Tuning Attributes: The "All Martial Arts Boost" attribute in the "Ring/Amulet - Tuning Library" of all tiers has been renamed to "All Martial Arts Enhancement," making it effective for healing paths; "Fan Martial Arts DMG Boost/Healing Boost" and "Umbrella Martial Arts DMG Boost/Healing Boost" in the Tier 91 "Weapon - Attuning Library" will be replaced by "Art of Fan Boost" and "Art of Umbrella Boost" to boost both damage and healing simultaneously.
5. Lower Tuning Cost: Tier 91 Gear Tuning costs fewer coins, allowing for more Tuning attempts and less coin pressure.
6. "Tuning - Quick Add" Function: You can intelligently select materials based on the optimal "Tuning Stone" combination, and only materials and gear are sorted.
7. "Retuning Correction": You can use "Retuning Stone: Vanguard" to Retune a Retuned attribute again for Tier 91 non-Relaid Gear. The system will exclude the current result from the library to ensure a new attribute is rolled. Retuning Correction has a 7-day cooldown, with no limit on total uses.
8. Tuning Attribute Downsizing: All "Minimum Attribute Attack" attributes have been removed from the "Retuning Library" of all tiers, and every path now has a standard library of 6 attributes.
9. "Result Preview": The "Preview" button allows you to view the entire library after selecting the "Retuning Library" or "Re-attuning Library", with unavailable attributes dimmed for better clarity.
Ⅲ. Gear Attuning & Re-attuning Optimizations
1. Optimized Attuning Attributes: "Bellstrike Penetration", "Stonesplit Penetration," "Silkbind Penetration," and "Bamboocut Penetration" in Tier 91 "Offensive Gear - Attuning Library" will be replaced with "Formless Penetration," which automatically adapts to your current Martial Art and enhances corresponding "Attribute Penetration". This ensures that the attribute remains valuable even after using Dual-Weapon Skill.
2. Re-attuning Guarantee System: Tier 91 gear now features a "guarantee" counter. After a set number of Re-attuning, you will gain a "Custom Re-attuning" opportunity, allowing you to choose your desired attribute type for free (the attribute values will still be generated randomly according to standard Re-attuning rules). "Normal Attuning" and "Arena Attunement" have separate counters. Additionally, rolling a duplicate attribute will now provide a more stable and guaranteed value increase.
3. Attuning Swap: By spending a small amount of "Attunement Stones" and "Re-attunement Stones," you can completely exchange the "Normal Attunement" or "Arena Attunement" of a Tier 91 Attuned gear with another Attuned piece of the exact same tier and gear slot. This swap transfers all Attuning attributes of the chosen type, perfectly mirroring them, including the gear's Historical Attuning and Re-attunement guarantee counters.
Ⅳ. Archery Jade Crafting Optimization
Optimized Guarantee System for Tier 91 Legendary Archery Jades: You can now navigate directly to the Craft interface to clearly view their remaining attempts until a guaranteed drop.
Enhanced Crafting Yields for Tier 91 Epic/Legendary Archery Jades: We are introducing three new "2-piece" bonuses. These include the "Plume" set (increases Precision Rate), the "Startling String" set (increases Critical Rate), and the "Pursuing Shadow" set (increases Affinity Rate). These set bonuses require no deep development or investment to unlock; simply equipping two Archery Jade pieces from the identical set will activate the effects immediately.
We hope these optimizations will provide our Rangers with a significantly improved gear development experience. Please keep an eye on future update announcements for even more detailed optimization notes.
Ⅴ. Preview of Pacing Adjustments for Gear Development
To further alleviate the pressure of gear grinding and optimize the seasonal growth experience, future updates to level caps and gear tiers will be synchronized with full-season cycles.
April 30 Update (Start of Season 3, First Half): "Lv.14" is unlocked for Solo Mode, and Character Level cap raises to Lv.95, along with Tier 91 Gear.
Start of Season 3, Second Half: No new level caps or higher-tier gear will be introduced. During this phase, "Lv.15" is unlocked for Solo Mode (providing slight character attribute increases), new levels for "Gear Enhancement" will unlock, and Seasonal "Talents" will receive an update. There will also be a wealth of brand-new gameplay content for Wanderers to explore. However, the character level cap will firmly remain at Lv.95, and Tier 91 gear will continue to be the standard. This adjustment is explicitly designed to resolve the issues of gear lifespans being too short and version shifts occurring too rapidly, ultimately delivering a more stable and relaxing development experience.
For exact schedules, please pay close attention to subsequent official announcements. As always, we warmly welcome all Wanderers to leave their valuable suggestions and feedback.

April 30 Update: Arena & Guild War Optimization Overview
With the journey to Qinchuan approaching, Eastwind Pavilion presents key optimization updates.
To improve the network environment and competitive experience, the following optimizations for Arena and Guild War will be implemented in the April 30 update:
Ⅰ. Arena Mode & Matchmaking Optimization
1. New Arena Battlegroup Divisions
The system will now divide the Arena Mode into four regional battlegroups based on server locations:
Yougu: US East and US West servers;
Yunya: European servers;
Canglang: Asia and HK/MO/TW servers;
Jiangzhu: Southeast Asia servers.
\: Wanderers within the same Battlegroup share matchmaking pools and leaderboards. Event start times for time-limited Arena modes will be synchronized within each battlegroup. Matchmaking pools between different battlegroups remain independent.
2. Smart Allocation & Manual Switching
We will offer both smart allocation and manual switching:
Smart Allocation: Upon the new season launch or feature update, the system will automatically assign you to a battlegroup based on your primary login server.
Manual Switching: Players may manually switch battlegroups via the Arena interface.
Costs & Rules: The first switch per half-season is free. The second switch costs Echo Jade ×100, with costs increasing for subsequent switches.
Impact: To ensure fair competition, switching battlegroups will reset your current Rank Points and remove you from your previous battlegroup's leaderboard. Claimed rank rewards will be retained and cannot be reclaimed by switching battlegroups.
3. Exclusive Battlegroup Leaderboards
Arena leaderboards will be categorized by battlegroup. Each battlegroup will have independent rankings and season settlements.
A Battlegroup Filter has been added to the leaderboard UI for easier viewing.
4. Mythic Rank Matchmaking Optimization
As our top-tier players continue to climb the ranks, we've noticed that matchmaking quality in high-level lobbies hasn't always met expectations. To address this, we are further optimizing our matchmaking system:
For the highest rank, Mythic, we are introducing score-based weighting to ensure players are matched with opponents of similar skill levels. This change aims to provide a more balanced and competitive experience at the top of the ladder. Please note that these optimizations may lead to slightly longer queue times. Thank you for your continued support and understanding.
Ⅱ. Arena Mode Schedule Adjustments
To better accommodate players across different time zones, we are adjusting the opening hours for certain Arena modes in coordination with the Arena Battlegroup system. Our goal is to ensure more Wanderers can participate at peak local times.
Arena Matchmaking Downtime:
Please note that Arena matchmaking will be suspended 2 hours before and 1 hour after a mid-season or full-season transition.
1v1 Arena (Open 24/7):
Now open 24 hours a day. Wanderers can jump into the fray at any time.
3V3 Arena (Battlegroup-specific times):
15:00 to 02:00 (next day) local Battlegroup time every Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday.
Group Strategy (Battlegroup-specific times):
12:00 to 02:00 (next day) local Battlegroup time daily.
(Note: Due to global time zone differences, actual start times may vary slightly. Please refer to the in-game schedule panel for the most accurate information.)
Ⅲ. Battlegroup Optimizations & Adjustments
1. New Battlegroups Added:
Linhe: US West server
Jiangzhu: Southeast Asia server
2. Guild War Schedule Adjustments: To better balance cross-region play and ensure Wanderers can participate at reasonable hours, the Guild War schedule has been adjusted as follows:
Canglang (Asia, HK/MO/TW Servers): Sat & Sun @ 20:30 (UTC+8)
Yunya (Europe Server): Sat & Sun @ 20:30 (UTC+2)
Yougu (US East Server): Sat & Sun @ 20:30 (UTC-4)
Linhe (US West Server): Sat & Sun @ 20:30 (UTC-7)
Jiangzhu (SEA Server): Sat & Sun @ 20:30 (UTC+8)
(Note: Due to global time zone differences, actual start times may vary slightly. Please refer to the in-game schedule panel for the most accurate information.)
In addition to these updates, the new Group Strategy and Training Terrace modes are now live! Players can now enjoy multiplayer tactical combat and custom duel rooms. We hope these changes improve your multiplayer experience. Stay tuned for further update announcements.

April 16 Optimizations and Fixes
Dear Wanderers,
Eastwind Pavilion will have a rolling maintenance update on Thursday, April 16, 2026, from 01:00 PM to 05:00 PM (UTC+8). During this time, you'll still be able to log in and play, but some features and modes might be temporarily unavailable. The update schedule could change depending on the situation. Thanks so much for your understanding and support!
Below are the latest news and improvements from Eastwind Pavilion. Check them out!
Experience Optimization
1. Added a new server in the US West region to improve network connection quality, providing a more stable and fluid gaming environment for our players there.
2. Improved the visual display of in-game fonts. We are rolling this out as a small-scale test exclusively on the PS5 platform first, so only a select group of PS5 Wanderers will experience this change early on. We welcome those with testing access to share their feedback and suggestions! We will gradually refine and expand this feature based on the test results.
3. Streamlined the new player tutorial process.
We've adjusted the unlock timing for certain tutorials and events, optimized the notification (red dot) rules during the early game, and refined the beginner combat tutorials.
4. Improved the instructional text for gameplays like Mahjong and Madiao Cards.
5. Clarified the description text for tuning rules.
Controller Experience Optimization
1. Button conflict resolution: Added independent Interact/Pick Up/Talk button binding options in the settings specifically for Hero's Realm and Sword Trial. By default, these match your Open World settings, but you can now assign dedicated buttons based on your personal preference to effectively prevent misclicks during intense combat.
2. Chat Function Upgrades:
Added the ability to open the chat via the PS5 touchpad quick menu and touchpad swipe gestures;
Added a custom sorting feature for chat channels;
Added a new Pin Private Messages option;
Added a Clear All Red Dots function.
3. Added a Sync Other Character Settings button to the Settings menu. You can now synchronize your controller layouts across different characters with a single click, saving you from tedious, repetitive configurations.
4. Optimized the selection logic for the controller cursor, resolving an issue where certain buttons could not be highlighted.
5. Added three brand-new controller layout presets.
The Winds of Fortune Bring New Rewards! To thank Wanderers far and wide for their support of the Eastwind Pavilion, from April 16th to April 19th, all Wanderers at Exploration Level 10 or above will receive a daily Energy mail containing Pillow Pill ×2 (totaling 480 Energy over 4 days). As the winds rise, may you roam freely and joyfully through this martial realm!
Bug Fixes
1. Fixed an issue where using Mystic Skill - Goosy Slide failed to defeat a boss during the Respite.
